Entertainment Automation, Automated Lighting, Dedicated Home Theatre, 12 Zone Multi-room Audio Distribution, 6 Zone 4K Multi-room Video Distribution, CCTV and Access Control
The outside perimeter is fitted with Lilin IP cameras and integrated into the Control4 System. The front gate is also fitted with a Control4 doorstation that has a built in day/night camera and intercom that links to the 3 touch panels inside the home.
The house is fitted with 4 distributed wireless access points that is set to roaming. This creates a wireless mesh that covers the whole house and the client is always connected.
Fitted with 4 Bowers & Wilkins in ceiling speaker connected to the multi-room system. The hosts can easily airplay their favourite music while entertaining their guests.
Before the cinema is built, we sit down with the client to discuss what they would like the room to do and look like. Then we do a virtual design and tweak it until the client is satisfied. Only then can construction begin.
The Cinema has 13 Bowers & Wilkins theatre speakers thats powered by a Marantz processor and power amplifiers. The Front LCR and Height speakers are fitted behind the 120" woven acoustic transparent screen. The room is also sound proof and acoustically treated. We where provided with a concrete room and built the whole cinema. Construction of the following: Sound proofing, Raised floor, Bulkhead and acoustic ceiling, Acoustic walls, System installation and Integration
The room can easily seat 8 people with a sunken U-shaped couch in the front and 4 motorised recliners in the the back. The rear surround speakers is placed in such a way that they play through the gaps between the side and centre recliners and reaches the couch in the front.
The Room is fitted with a Vivitek HK2288B 4K projector and a 120" Grandview Acoustic Transparent Screen
The Kitchen has a 7" in wall Control4 touch panel that can access the whole home automation system and select music from various sources to play thru the Bowers & Wilkins in ceiling speakers.
With the 4k video matrix and zone amplifiers, audio and visual sources can be place in the server room and distributed throughout the house.Then controlled via the Control4 automation system. Leaving you with only speakers and TV inside the room. No more clutter and cables.
