We worked with Rebecca and her lovely team from November to early January. It was our first renovation project for our 1 bed garden flat, we needed to change electricity, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, everything. We knew straight away we wanted to work with Rebecca and Adam, because they seemed very understanding of our needs and knowledgeable in their craft. The works were finished on time, builders super polite, clean and helpful - they made sure none of our neighbours were bothered with mess and dirt. Rebecca was professional and reactive. She has impeccable taste and suggested without disregarding our own tastes and opinions. Great work overall, we would definitely call them for another project ! Thank you so much ! Sophie and Massimo

It took me a year to find Bethell Projects but my goodness was it worth the wait! I really could not have embarked on the complete refurbishment of my garden flat without Rebecca’s knowledge, guidance and professionalism. She and her team of builders were absolutely fantastic. Always polite and helpful. My flat has been completely transformed! It is now a joy entertaining my friends and family and I cannot wait to start enjoying my garden which is beginning to bloom! Worth every single penny. I cannot recommend Bethell Projects more highly. I now have my perfect home! Sarah Pitt

I would wholeheartedly recommend Rebecca and her team and always do. She's very efficient and totally capable of managing a renovation and all that goes with it. She and her wonderful team have done two for us now! Her team are very reliable, hard working and thorough perfectionists. Not to mention respectful and as clean and tidy as they can be. She was well within budget for our first place; that was a sprucing up/ bringing a flat in to the 21st century, kind of a job, which we were able to rent out immediately after the works. In terms of budget for our, now, home; essentially we stuck to what was agreed, but I don't think it can ever be an exact science as things always come up once the work starts. At this place, we had a few structural hurdles to overcome which couldn't have been foreseen but only became apparent once walls and ceilings came down. As you can gather we had a lot of work done and it was seamless and within the agreed time frame, regardless. Our architect (also a colleague of Rebecca's) did a smashing job coming up with the plans and Rebecca and her team executed these to a 'T'. Rebecca is straight talking, accommodating and exceptional at managing her team, and is more than willing to put themselves forward as a point of contact for the neighbours, which I found to be invaluable and fielded all their queries (and gripes; living next to building works for 5 months can be very annoying, I'm sure). We were very lucky not to have had to live through the renovation works but were close by enough to regularly catch up with Rebecca and the team to ensure we were all on the same page through every stage and the builder and his team were always available and happy to consult and discuss. I now live in the home of my dreams; thanks to Rebecca and co.
