The Gazebo Company

 After making contact with the Gazebo Company, the owner Ian Ward came to my house with samples, measured up and agreed a contract.  I paid for the materials in full.  The agreed date for delivery was August.   I rang a few days before to make sure everything was on track.   I was assured it was.  I took the day off work and was disappointed that nothing was delivered.  I got hold of Ian and to my astonishment hector me the wood was not even in the country yet!   3 further agreed dates for delivery have all failed.  Ian is no longer responding to my calls, texts or emails.   Please be aware that there is only so answer service, you are not able to speak to anyone.  To date Ian has used 6 different numbers yo contact me.  Make of that what you will, but there is no response from any of them.  I am now in the process of asking for my money back.  Employ this company at your peril.
