I’m shocked to read in the reviews that this has happened before. They called lots of people in for an interview, but this time they kept us waiting for 4 hours (literally) to then tell us that the manager (Mr. Faris) is busy with prestigious clients. It is disrespectful and despicable. No consideration for people’s times and it is extremely disturbing to know that such incident has happened before.

It’s an absolute time, energy and fuel waste!
I went there for the position of ‘Photographer’ and upon arrival, I see bunch of candidates for many different positions waiting bizarrely just for 1 woman (the interviewer).
I had to wait like 1.5-2 hours just for my turn, and finally all she asked me about myself and told me about the 2nd round of interview which will be taken by the higher management.
Again after waiting for 30-40mins, one of the staff arrives and says “the higher manager is busy today and can’t take more interviews” like seriously??? Is that what we came for?
And told us we would be called back next week
So over all, very bad experience!

I think all the positive reviews from their staffs and family. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Al Fares Company, and I must say it was nothing short of a disaster. From start to finish, their services left much to be desired, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the whole ordeal.
In conclusion, Al Fares Company's delay in the interview process showcased a glaring lack of professionalism and respect for candidates' time. I would strongly advise potential applicants to think twice before investing their time and energy into pursuing opportunities with this company.

Very bad HR Department without any respect to people's time and concerns, not to mention that they will give you you an appointment and keep you waiting for hours, if you call to request or ask for an enquiry they never reply back!

Guys are very prompt and professional. They managed to finish the marquee earlier than they promised and finished work in a very short period, (I mean less than one week). They are the best for someone can find. I had experience with other companies but not reaching at the level of Al fares.
