I'm with Optumal TV for almst 10 years and not for once I have a single problem. Exellent.
I hesitate posting a bad review given that there are so many positive ones. However this is my honest experience: I took my Sony TV in for repairs 2 weeks ago and was told someone would call me within 2 days with a quote or feedback. Did not happen. After 5 days I called and was told they're looking for parts and will call me within 2 days. Again, did not happen. Today, 2 weeks after booking in my TV, I called again to say, hey guys, why is no-one making contact with me? The receptionist even said she'll tell the boss this is not acceptable. The receptionist later called simply to say they cannot fix the TV and I can come and collect it. NOT ONCE was I contacted, as promised, without me first enquiring days after their promised calls. Come on guys, a little effort from your side to simply communicate as undertaken, would have prevented this post.
The service was Excellent and Reliable. Will defnitely use their service again should it be required. Thank you Karel.

Optimal TV is a great DSTV Installation company. They have very friendly service within one day the DSTV Installer arrived to do my DSTV repair also the pricing is really reasonable.They also informed me that i can purchase my DSTV products online through their website which has been very helpful.
I wanted a DSTV at my house, so i searched for DSTV Intallation Pretoria. I got the website and contact details for Optimal TV. I Made a booking and they came to do the DSTV Installation. They had friendly staff that set up the booking and the DSTV Installer was great. Alas, there was a problem during the winter time, and something went wrong. I phoned them again, and immediately they came out to help me. The DSTV Repair was fast, they have great Pricing and quality DSTV Products.
