Great service. So helpful and really lovely helping me sorted out my bathroom.

Sadly I have not had a great experience with Lime Kitchen & Bathroom.. I ordered what I needed, it arrived one week later it carefully went into my garage as I wasn’t ready for another 2 weeks. Once opening one package it was damaged I phoned the company immediately 21/5/22 and explained my concerns, they weren’t interested! I spoke with the director and he was very unhelpful. He didn’t want to speak he would rather email me! Disgusted I am! I was informed you only have 3 days to check all goods and if damaged to send them back. Of course I’m not going to open all packages to see if there is damage.. I’m in the process of quite a big project they would be more likely to get damage if the goods were unpackaged. As customers we have rights, The Consumers Rights Act 2015. I’m a director in my company and I can assure you I would never treat my customers like how I’ve been treated! They have left me no choice to take this matter further as it’s the principle of things.
