Great experience, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting us chose a paint colour (even showing us samples inside/outside, in different lights and as painted on their own walls).
Items arrived but were very poor quality indeed and became unusable within two months of purchase. Company weren’t interested and just refused refund as it was outside their 30 day return for unwanted items. Poor quality product and poor quality customer service. Avoid.
Beautiful store in Islington. The shop is layout is warm and cosy, you can imagine nearly everything in your home. You actually feel like you are entering someone's home. The colour pallet reflects the paint selection that are also available. If money was no object, there would be so many items I would purchase.
Beautiful products, bit nervous about ordering faux plant stems; but wow, cannot believe how gorgeous they are; so much better than the images on the website. Arrived within 2 days too; excellent service.
Got an Abigail Ahearn sculpture for Christmas and absolutely love her! She's beautiful and has pride of place in the hall where everyone can see her. Love her so much, have ordered her a friend
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Beware if you buy outside the UK!!! More than a month and today I have learned that their delivery services has handed over to national postal system and it on me to track down the parcel with no help on their side or new tracking number. Never again...
Very prompt service. Product was excellently packed. The two little figurines arrived perfectly intact. They were well-represented on the web site and were exactly what I was expecting. Really good purchase as ever from AA. Would recommend to everyone.
Lovely products, great service and my order arrived in 2 days.... Despite one of my products arriving slightly damaged, it was replaced efficiently. There was no need for me to be concerned with respect to some of the negative feedback. Great job team AA

I’m really impressed with the choices on the website and found just what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be back.
Checked reviews but decided to buy on sale to check quality, what a mistake, this flimsy little thing is cheap and not even worth £5 (price before sale is £39.50), better products can be found in Aldi.

I was a little concerned about previous reviews mentioning issues with delivery and items. I needn't have been! My delivery of 3 items arrived today after ordering them 3 days ago. They were so well packaged it took me 10 excited minutes to get to them. I am delighted with the items especially the dog sculpture, he is beautiful. Thanks AA!
Firstly, I had an absolute nightmare collecting the lamp I ordered via click and collect. The original parcel seemed to have been misplaced (and I'm still not quite sure what happened there). Thankfully the AA team actually replied to my email about this and arranged for it to be resent , it did however arrive chipped and when I emailed them about this they did not reply. Wishing I'd never bothered ordering from them in the first place as the whole thing has turn out to be an ordeal. Learnt a lesson to avoid online shopping (and take heed of reviews as others have commented on their questionable customer service.) Aside from that the lamp is OK nothing special.
I bought a lamp from the company. A part was missing and `I tried to contact them by telephone, but no reply. I sent an sms to their phone letting them know about the issue. 24 hours later someone replied and asked me to take photos. I explained what the issue was with the lamp, but as I was out at the time so I was unable to take a photo.So when they replied to my sms they asked me again to take a photo of the problem with a double exclamation mark after the sentence.To be honest I find that extremely rude.. Not a good impression at all, and not a nice way to speak to a customer. So in the end I went to the hardware store to buy the missing part as I could not bear to continue a dialogue with such a rude person. The lampshade of the lamp also had some dark black spots on it, which I could not even be bothered to communicate to them in light of the way they speak to customers. Please find a better way to communicate to customers. It was my first purchase. I did intend to buy more products, but in light of the rudeness I will take my business elsewhere.
Abigail Ahern desperately need a significant customer service overhaul. Every step of my journey in purchasing two side tables was fraught with difficulty. There was a vast disparity between the price of the products and the quality. My order arrived damaged, but had been poorly repaired using low-grade wood filler and staples. I contacted their customer service 'team' who struggled to arrange a return courier. At no point did they voluntarily offer to refund the postage costs -- I had to prompt them to do this. For a company who trades in fake flowers, they seemed to have a hugely inflated idea of their own position in the market and a staggering lack of understanding and empathy for their customers.
I have purchased numerous items from Abigail's website which have all arrived beautifully and perfectly packaged and I have been thrilled with my purchases. I have also dealt with the store direct to purchase an item from the sample sale and I cannot fault the lady I spoke with. She was amazing, took photos of the item and emailed them to me, packaged it up and sent it DHL the same day. Wonderful, amazing, fantasmic objects/paint and staff. Love, love, love Abi!!!

I purchased a vase and a planter via their site.
The two items arrived as two separate deliveries. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have been informed.
I'm most disappointed at the poor customer service. I realised after delivery that the information on their site for the vase was not clear and in fact misled me into thinking the diameter would be sufficient but it was not.
Could not return due to their refund policy (returns postage is at the expense of the customer and my item weighed 6-7kg so was not worth it).
I did not appreciate the sarky response that they do not list every curve, indent or internal measurement....
Have better customer service in the future.
I'm now stuck with an expensive vase that doesn't work for me.
There are many companies out there with similar products and better refund processes. I would recommend choosing one of those. I most definitely will. I regret choosing this company.
Absolutely stunning statement pieces! Ordered the beautiful Massin vases as well as some of the paper mache bowls. Couldn't be more thrilled - definitely adds the wow factor!

I have just completed Abigail Ahern’s Masterclass virtually and it was worth every penny! I have applied several of her lessons to my home and my office already and now when I walk in I smile. I am finding myself a bit more relaxed when it comes to decorating. AA has a deep well of knowledge and she gives so much of it to you in this class. Forever grateful. I look forward to visiting her flagship store in London after covid settles down.
The Masterclass was really informative. I learned a lot and other stuff was reinforced - such as that I should be happy taking more risks, not stick to conventional wisdom when decorating unless it pleases MY eye. I have long loved large oversized pieces and I now feel more justified in my style! I must say it was such a treat to see inside AA's home. It's gorgeous!!
I have just completed Abigail Design course and I have to say: I have never met anyone who were a match to what I do and what my style represents. I was always nervous to be so bold and was always different to other designers I know, until I met Abigail. Wow, she is amazing and she has shown me that I should trust my style and just go with it. I am now going for it even more.

This is a fabulous course given by the incredibly talented Abigail Ahern. She is down to earth, shares all her secrets with us freely and is just an exceptional designer, instructor and she is FUNNY too. Best online course I've ever taken. The fundamentals of design, color, scale, texture, lighting everything plus a healthy list of her sources to help. It is so jam packed with information and so worth it. I'm delighted to have taken this course and I'll happily break all the traditional decorating rules going forward. A must take course for anyone who wants to decorate outside the lines. Thank you Abigail. You rock.
I have not only bought various items from Abigail Ahern - all of which I have loved and been delighted I'd purchased - but I have also completed the Masterclass. It was wonderfully unique in its content and has provided the basis for many interior decisions I've made that have been truly transformative. I am due to move into a new property and doing the Masterclass beforehand has been one of the smartest investments for me. Great quality, design and customer service from this company, always. The AA website is my interior go-to.
Over lockdown I decided to treat myself to this course. We had just sold our large family home of 30 years and were (once restrictions lifted) moving into a small flat that need a quick style overhaul. Abigail's fabulous course helped me think about the emotion / mood I wanted to create and from there consider all elements of the property from the garden, to the interior, to even the scent. Key styling tips meant I have elevated my design sense, to a more cohesive, layered and cool vibe! The family were initially depressed to be moving, however love the new look and couldn't be happier! Highly recommend - from New Zealand!
