ON-SITE SUPERVISION During construction we ensure an onsite Project Manager and a certified Health & Safety Manager is present at all times. Our Architect and Engineer will also visit the site for periodic checkups.

CONSTRUCTION We build within the Commercial, Residential and Industrial sectors.

ELECTRICAL We have qualified and highly experienced Electricians who manage the installation of all electrical parts in your home as well as ensure that you, as the Client, are Compliant in terms of electricity points and wiring.

PLUMBING Our team are fully qualified in the installation of geysers, residential plumbing (kitchen – taps, blocked sinks) and (bathroom – leaking cisterns, taps), drains and are on call for emergency plumbing such as sudden leakages or water pipes bursting.

PAVING AND TILING We pave and tile with all types of tiles, bricks, stone, wood, asphalt and cement.

CONCESSION PROJECTS We take care of our Clients, working according to their budget. We can render you with either high-quality or low-quality material. There is not much difference in the quality but in the price. As our Client we take your financial needs into consideration while still maintaining good relations, professionalism and providing advice.

CARPENTRY We cover all areas of carpentry from wooden floors, doors, window frames, roofing, patios and ceilings. There are so many types of wood that you can choose from to suit your home and character.

PAINTING We will paint your walls (there are so many colours to select), your floors, painting of murals (on floors, ceilings and walls).

PORCHES, DECKS AND CARPORTS Stay classy with a variety of elegant options in all sorts of styles and materials. With the Winter coming up, give your car a home too with beautiful carports or garages. RENOVATION AND EXTENSIONS Choosing to renovate or extend - we work with drawings on new or existing house plans and deal with the Municipality on your behalf so that building can begin in accordance with the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council) legislation, CIDB and CSD. When we build your home from the ground up (new and designed by you) or renovate your existing home we build as if it were our own home.

BUILDING & ARCHITECTURE Bring in extra revenue by building cottage(s), communal rooms on extra space on your property by collecting rent from your tenants.
