This client commissioned project due to begin construction in 2020 is located in Zambia. The house is designed around a central atrium to allow natural ventilation and light into the house on the ground and first floors. It also creates a seamless flow between the interior and exterior of the residence.
The use of different textures create depth and detail. The timber cladding is used to screen windows such as bathrooms and scullery window, this allows for light throughout the day but keeps the areas private.
Feature textured walls enhance the design and create focal points around the house.
This home includes 5 en-suite bedrooms, a lounge, family room, dining room, kitchen scullery, prayer room and much more.
