This was a spec house (design & build) by Building Project X. When considering during design stage the house layout, we wanted a house that feels airy with huge windows plenty of natural light. The flow between living, sleeping and entertaining zones was also considered to allow for individual space. The modern dwelling has four bedrooms, a large living area ideal for entertainment, a splash pool, indoor courtyard and 3 garages.Float foundations allowed for a solid base structure. Nearly 50% of the house is glass with open ceilings and exposed metal beams. The layout and choice of materials used gives it a spacious feeling.The house was completed within 7 months.
