In2home combines interior design and real estate agency. They utilise 'home staging' to improve a residences saleability; taking drab and lacklustre interiors, they transform them into gems of the real estate market. After a thorough analysis and valuation, they devise an appropriate action plan and tools for implementing it. Working closely with the client, they strive to understand their motivations regarding the property' sale.

In an age where homes have become a product, it's logical that, like any other commodity, they likely won't sell for as much without advertising. The commodification of the home is a complex topic, too big to tackle here, but it's interesting to consider its impacts on the way we view our most intimate dwellings. Let's take a look at this stunning before and after…

'Before'

The 'before' was nothing to scoff at; it's a nice simple space with lovely timber floors. But it also isn't anything that will WOW.

It's lacking a certain homely allure that would make someone want to move in instantly. That's where the home staging of In2home comes in…

Bedroom 'after'

The bedroom is picture perfect; from the meticulously arranged cushions through to the wall decoration, everything is carefully and thoughtfully placed. The soft hues give the space a light and delicate atmosphere which radiates in the warm glow of the bedside lamp.

Kitchen 'after'

The kitchen employs similar hues to the bedroom, this time, coalescing them in one beautiful mosaic tile splash back. The rest of this kitchen remains simple, white, and unfussy. It's a wonderful feature that brings colour and texture into the small space without overdoing it.

Are you after more inspiration to craft the perfect kitchen for your home? Well, you're in luck! We have compiled plenty of examples here—from the minimal to the gaudy—you're sure to find something appeases your taste!

The bathroom 'after'

The bathroom is contemporary and sleek. It doesn't have the uber-minimal aesthetic many bathrooms opt for these days. Veering away from all-white-everything, it dons some earthy patterned tiles which are interrupted by a score of vibrant blue butchers tiles.

Living room 'after'

The living room is also unfussy but well appointed. They deviate from the white walls we have become so used to, instead opting for a soft blue-grey. A variety of other grey hues are picked up throughout the decoration: in the couch and the wall hangings. Set against the warm, natural timber floors, these greys are a nice contrast.
